At Darts Farm, we take great pride in the quality of our artisan produce and hand-selected goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward returns process.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are issues with perishable goods, or within 14 days for non-perishable items.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Ensure you have your order number and, in the case of damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- 3.Package Your Return
For non-perishable giftware, return the item in its original, unopened packaging to our farm shop or via a tracked courier service.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out.
